Rail staff rated top-notch by passengers

TWO rail conductors have achieved top marks in a customer survey.
Greater Anglia staff Cliff Knapp and George Dell both scored 100 per cent when assessed by mystery shoppers on the train.
George is based in Clacton while Cliff works on mainline trains between Norwich and London Liverpool Street, which stop at Colchester.
The conductors achieved their perfect scores when assessed between December 9 and January 5.

IT'S NOT NEWS!!
I do love reading this website - not for the alleged "news", but for the total non-events and absolute garbage the Gazette writes.If there was an award for the worst local Newspaper, then surely this bunch of half wits would win hands down?
