Chance for backstage preview at West Cliff Theatre

THEATRE buffs can get a behind-the-scenes look at the West Cliff in Clacton with a special sneak preview in the run-up to the spring season.
The Tower Road theatre is holding its annual open day so visitors can meet the team who run the venue and find out how to volunteer.
There will also be a backstage tour and the chance to see how the lighting and sound systems operate.
The Bebop Stage Performers and local singer Rachael Johnson will perform and there will be activities for children.
Free tours take place at 10.30am, 11.30am, 2pm and 3pm on January 26.
