Detectives appeal for witnesses after spate of burglars (From Clacton and Frinton Gazette)

DETECTIVES are appealing for witnesses after burglars targeted three homes in Tendring.

Burglars stole several DVD box sets after breaking into a home in Station Road, Dovercourt.

Investigating officer, Det Con Jo Mangham, said: “We would like to identify the burglars behind this crime, but need the assistance of others.

“Anyone who saw any suspicious activity or unusually-placed vehicles near the property should contact us as they are crucial witnesses.”

A forensic examinations of the property was carried out as were house-to-house enquiries.

The incident happened between October 10 and October 15.
