Donations needed for Burma

A CLACTON community group is fund raising to help the people of Burma.

Clacton Rotary Club which raised £46,000 in just three months after the Tsunami disaster now wants to help the homeless and starving in Burma.

They are again collecting money for Aquabox which is a simple water purification box that also holds other aid which will go directly to the most needy in the diaster area.

Cheques and donations can be made to the Rotary Club of Clacton and be sent to the West Cliff Theatre in Tower Road, Clacton. Donations can also be dropped into the theatre for the attention of Mike Bareham.
