A SIZZLING slice of Sixties super pop comes to Clacton's West Cliff Theatre tonight.

The Sensational Sixties Experience claims to be the most explosive show from the swinging decade in the UK.

It's back by popular demand and features Herman's Hermits, Love Affairs Steve Ellis, Chris Farlowe, New Amen Corner and Union Gap UK.

The bands racked up millions of record sales in their heyday and are still going strong, with hits such as Young Girl, I'm Into Something Good and Everlasting Love.

The show is hosted by Freddie and the Dreamers' Alan Mosca.

Tickets are £28 on 01255 433344.
