OVEREATERS anonymous stages its first workshop in Clacton on Saturday.

The workshop will cover all aspects of eating problems including anorexia, bullimia and compulsive eating.

Several speakers have ben lined up to talk to the meeting and then there will be small groups to discuss problems and how people are affected by the eating problems.

Overeaters Anonymous has been meeting in Clacton for the last year.

It's part of a world wide organisation based on the same principles of Alcoholics Anonymous and there are no payments required.
