SANTA Claus makes an early flying visit to Clacton on Saturday as the traditional Victorian Christmas market returns to the Princes Theatre.
More than 30 community groups will be offering a wide range of festive fayre to raise vital funds for charities.
The annual event attracts more than 1,500 visitors.
Stallholders dressed in Victorian costumes will be selling Christmas cards and presents, stocking-fillers, home-crafted jewellery, sweets and soft toys.
Children can also give their Christmas wish-list to Santa, who is VIP guest of Clacton Rotary Club.
The market runs from 9.30am to 3pm. Admission is £1 (under-16 free).
