Clacton Concert Orchestra will be conjuring up their spring concert The Magic of Music on Sunday***29***.
The concert which will also include a meet the players afternoon tea will be at 3pm at St Bartholomew’s Church, Frinton Road, Holland-on-Sea.
Under the baton of young conductor Francis Garland and the sure hand of leader Ruth Baker, the programme will showcase the talents of local musicians.
Much loved pianist Michael Hurren will perform the 1st movement of Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No1.
Cellist Cheryl Jessop will perform the exquisite Vivaldi Cello Concerto in C minor. Clarinettists Katerina Venables and Hannah Speck have found the most beautiful, classic Double Clarinet Concerto by Krommer which they will perform.
