Arts and Lits growing success story

THE 106th season the Clacton Arts and Lits Society has produced a full membership and for the first time its waiting list has been closed.
Its happened just days after the society unveiled its new season of winter Monday attractions.
The society which regularly fills the Princes Theatre every Monday evening for its varied musical and lecture series has 350 on its waiting list plus its 900 members.
Committee member Pat Waller explained that for the last seven years the society’s membership has been oversubscribed and the waiting list has just kept growing.
