Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To extend the existing No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on the following length of Skelmersdale Road, Clacton on Sea in the District of Tendring as specified:
Road Description
Skelmersdale NORTH SIDE: from a point Road, Clacton 19 metres west of its on Sea junction with Vista Road eastwards for a distance of approximately 4 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TM175 152 revision 6 to revision 7.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 23 June 2017. Further details: A copy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours at County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1LX. Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
