(Footpath No.8 Church Path Foot Crossing, Weeley)
(Temporary Prohibition of Use)
(No.2) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath No.8 in the Parish of Weeley, in the District of Tendring, for a distance of 20 metres either side of the level crossing.

The closure is scheduled to commence at 00:55h on 7 March 2012 to 05:05h on 8 March 2012, or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and are required for the safety of the public and workforce while Network Rail carry out tamping works on the railway line.

The Order will come into effect on 7 March 2012 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
