JEFFRIES Kimberley (Kim) Suddenly passed away on 18th April 2018 aged 29 years after giving birth to her precious Daughter Mia now 6 weeks old. A loving Wife and Mum to Chris and Mia Daughter to Jenny, who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 12th June 2018 at Weeley Crematorium at 1.15pm.
