BIRKIN George ‘Sam’ Coggeshall Builder and Funeral Director. Slipped away peacefully aged 90. A kind and generous man to so many in his lifetime, fond memories will remain with those who knew and loved him. May the help and knowledge he passed to so many be his legacy for their future. A Celebration of his Life is to be held at St Peters ad Vincula, Parish Church of Coggeshall on Saturday 20th September at 3pm. Everyone welcome. If you wish to make a donation, please send to A Birkin & Sons, Market End, Coggeshall, CO6 1NH. Please make any cheques payable to either British Heart Foundation or Alzheimer's Society. The past six months have been the most challenging for Sam and we wish to thank some very kind & caring people who helped him through this period, in particular; The Doctor & staff of Brimpton House Surgery, Christchurch Care Agency, the Doctors & staff of Colchester General Hospital, especially those who work in Aldham Ward and the Isolation Ward, who were amazing.
