CARE home residents were treated to special pantomime performance in Frinton.
Staff at seafront home Read House took part in the stunning show, performing a specially created version of Jack and the Beanstalk.
Activity coordinator Mary Hall wrote, directed and acted in the show, joined by some of the carers at Read House.
It also featured a host of creative musical numbers, including ‘don’t cry for me, I’m a cleaner’ and ‘follow the yellow hand-rail’.
The residents played their part too, having created the spectacular eight-feet-tall luminous green beanstalk during their weekly craft sessions.
Staff labelled the first ever Read House panto an “amazing success”.
They are already looking ahead to their next show and hope to perform another panto for residents at the end of the year.
