BLUR frontman Damon Albarn has been named as a headliner for Latitude Festival.
The singer, who has just released his solo album Everyday Robots, will perform on July 19.
Blur came to Clacton in 1993 for a famous Modern Life is Rubbish photoshoot - spraying the name of the album on a wall.
Other acts already confirmed for this summer's four-day festival, which is held in Henham Park, Suffolk, include Two Door Cinema Club, Röyksopp and Robyn.
