COMPLAINTS made to Trading Standards about dodgy car dealers have fallen dramatically.
The Essex County Council-run team has reported a 43 per cent decrease in calls about the most-complained about dealers.
Officers have attributed the fall to its successful Don’t Be Taken for a Ride campaign and information leaflet.
